'Living BLOX'
projection mapping
February 2019
In the piece, we try to bring to light the domestic activities hiding among company meetings and art shows at BLOX. The installation suggests that even in a commonly public space, private life can flourish. The piece references more traditional Danish windows, the images one sees when looking inside an apartment on a rainy day. We tip-toe the border between public and private, visible and illegible.
The installation was a part of Copenhagen Light Festival 2019, mapped on the building of BLOX / Danish Architectural Centre in Copenhagen (link to the event)
concept & light design: Alexander Hajdany, Igor Halicki, Nepheli Poulaki, Emma Strebel
